I've said this before the 3 methods are meant to be done together as it prevents more losing days, yesterday was a prime example Win lays lost 47p the 2H method lost 21.80 but the place lays had a profit of 87.89 so an overall profit of 65.62 for the day, anyway's heres today's lists:
