OK. Here's a list of 7 races where the method is to back whichever one of two selections is the fav and priced between 1.10--1.60 on the place market (there is quite a lot of favs that run well without winning) so you win less if it wins but still win if it makes the frame, this method works out better than if you backed the favs each way:
