Firstly there doesn't appear to be anything of value to lay in this race which then makes a race harder to analyse so does the fact that there is six 3yo’s in the race, 4 of them have shown very little while Guiteau might be better when racing over a longer distance and Muy Muy Guapo who recorded a fast time over this distance on turf and could be a big danger if reproducing that here but has had 5 runs on this surface and not shown any worthwhile form so this one could possibly be worth laying but only to small stakes. I can see 2 horses that have led before but one of them El Hibri is still a maiden after 16 races of which 4 have been on the AW tracks and has made the frame in 3 of them might possibly worth an each way interest in this race, my 3rd top rated horse is Oriental Spirit who is usually held up for a late run and with the cutaway in the home straight this course is ideal for a fast finishing type of horse and its only a few spots below my top pair. Both SYMPATHISE 7/1 (EW) and BUNGLE BAY 10/1 (EW) are rated higher and start off as my joint top rated horses but both are being ridden by apprentice jockeys so the 7lb claim on the latter moves it into top spot above the 3lb claimed on Sympathise also in the favour of Bungle Bay is the fact that it is the other known front running type in this race and if getting to the front it could prove hard to catch but stall 11 isn't ideal which puts doubt in my mind so i will be backing them both and maybe 2 each way bets will pay dividends.
