A field of 12 for this class 6 sprint but the big problem is that there isn't any known front running types in the race but most of them have been known to track the leaders so I doubt it will be a slow early pace, well I'm hoping so as I've based my analysis on it being a true run affair, I can see a few who struggle to stay this distance but only Master Sully is forecast to be a single figure price and if it is that sort of price I will be laying it. Navy Drums may need further and I was thinking of laying it but as it hasn't any form over this distance on this Polytrack surface so not sure if I can lay this one. Big Time Maybe is my 3rd top rated so could be worth an each way interest if of value to do so, 2 horses that won last time out are my top rated and we know they are in good form, Real Estate is my 2nd top rated and has average trainer/jockey stats but I do have INAAM 5/2 rated just 1lb higher but this ones jockey has a 28% win ratio on this stables older horses.
Inaam 5/2 2nd -1pt
Lay bet Master Sully +1pt
Total 0pts
WOLVERHAMPTON 7.00
Up to class 2 for this race but down to just 8 runners at least there is a couple of known front running types in Lord Riddiford and Bedford Flyer but both of this pair have better ratings at Southwell. Fernando Rah, Embour and Dubai Station run as though a longer distance will show them in better light but that's not to say they could run on and make the frame but I doubt they will win the race and maybe worth laying if a single figure price. Alligator Alley 5/2 should go well and I wouldn't put anyone off backing it but I will be putting my money on TONE THE BARONE 8/1 (EW) who usually likes to track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish and on artificial surfaces this horse has had 16 runs winning 8 of those races and was placed in another 4 races so would be a good each way bet if of value to do so.
Tone The Barone 8/1 1st +10pts
Lay bets Fernando Rah +1pt, Dubai Station +1pt
Total +10pts
Total on the day +10pts
