A full house of fourteen for this class five furlong dash and there's four known front running types amongst them, Princess Karine might be better served with a longer distance although hasn't any All-Weather form to its name and its speed rating on turf isn't good enough to win this race, I'm not sure there will be anything else of value to lay unless the betting shows otherwise. Birdie Bowers hasn't any distance form on this surface either here or at Wolverhampton but has at Southwell and is one of the possible pacesetters but I'm not sure what to expect of it in this race, Never Dark another possible leader is my 3rd top rated using a time recorded in 2020 so I'm not sure it can run that well again but is dropped in class to run in this race so could possibly make the frame, Buniann comes out second best on my figures and its best was recorded over this course and distance last year but the jockeys record of naught from eight for the stable doesn't fill me with confidence, another front running type in the shape of MELODY KING 7/1 is the one that will be carrying my money, its well drawn in stall twelve but hasn't any surface form over today's distance but its best rating on turf would see it winning this race, the trainer has an eighteen percent win ratio at this course while the jockey has a sixteen percent win ratio for the trainer which hopefully points to connections expecting a big run here.
