ROCKETT MAN 9/2 hasn't registered a speed figure on its two course and distance runs but is top rated on recent Southwell ratings.
YOU'RE COOL 4/1 comes out in 2nd top spot on both recent Southwell ratings and on the other 2 Tapeta surfaced courses.
THE DEFIANT 33/1 has only a low speed figure from back in 2020 and I think it will be an outsider.
NAGASAKI DREAM 7/1 may be better when racing over a longer distance and isn't in my top 4 ratings so may be worth laying if it doesn't drift to a double figure price.
AMAZING AMAYA 7/2 the other joint 3rd top rated but maybe the stables second string in this race so maybe worth taking on with a lay bet.
NANTOSUETTA 20/1 is making its handicap debut and if backed then it could be a good sign but it needs to improve on what its shown so far in its 3 runs.
ASTROPHYSICS 25/1 isn't in my top 4 top rated horses and i think it will be an outsider.
COUNTRY CHARM 22/1 has only slow times on its 2 runs on this surface at Newcastle and another i expect to be a double figure price.
LETHAL ANGEL 28/1 is my top rated using a figure recorded in 2019 but hasn't run over this c/d since that year but the stables last win was over a month ago.
MUNIFICENT 14/1 has only a slow time from its one previous course and distance run and may need further to show its true potential.
THEGREYVTRAIN 7/1 is my 4th top rated and could be the one to set the pace to this race and could do enough to make the frame.
SUMMARY: The Greyvtrain could do enough from the front to make the frame, I'm not sure if there will be anything of value to lay (maybe Nagasaki Dream as long as it remains a single figure price at the off and Amazing Amaya 7/2 who might be the stables second string) I will dutch, LETHAL ANGEL 28/1 who is my top rated using a 2019 speed figure but the stables recent form puts me off putting it up as my sole bet, ROCKETT MAN 9/2 is my top rated using recent Southwell figures but its 2 poor previous runs over this c/d stops this one from being my sole selection while YOU'RE COOL 4/1 comes out in 2nd top spot on both sets of figures and the trainer is in good recent form.

Q TWENTY BOY 6/1 is usually a hold up type and can find this distance too far with a fast early pace so i will look to lay this one at the price.
BARRINGTON 3/1 is one of 4 known front running types and my 2nd top rated so could do enough to make the frame but isn't an each way price.
ELEKTRONIC 20/1 has only poor recent form to its name and I expect it will be an outsider in this race.
PEACHEY CARNEHAN 16/1 is my 3rd top rated and a possible front runner but is drawn between what looks like two faster early paced types so may get squeezed out.
AXEL JACKLIN 11/4 a front runner who won last time out over this course and distance and has been found a good opportunity to follow up in this race.
THE FIRST HURRAH 6/1 is still a maiden after 14 races and might be better when racing over a longer distance so maybe a lay at the price.
PACOPASH 33/1 still a maiden who has poor recent form and hasn't even made the frame in the 10 races that its contested.
DODGY BOB 40/1 the 4th of the known front running types in this race and sits in 4th top spot on my figures so could make the frame if others falter.
ISABELLA RUBY 25/1 has only poor recent form and it was back in 2019 when it last recorded a speed figure and will be an outsider.
SUMMARY: I will look to lay Q Twenty Boy 6/1 who may not stay the distance with a lot of early paced sorts in this race and The First Hurrah 6/1 who might need a longer distance to show its best as long as they stay in single figures at the off, if AXEL JACKLIN 11/4 repeats what it did when it won last time out it could comfortably follow up again here but I expect it will be a shortish priced favourite.
