7:00 Chelmsford Racing Tips (11th November)

CHELMSFORD
7.00

PAPA STOUR 9/1 is one of five in this race that has been known to lead and comes out 3rd best on my speed figures so could make the frame.

TROPICS 20/1 time wise this one needs to improve on its previous outings, it usually likes to track the leaders so may struggle to get a good early position from stall 11 and might be worth laying if of value to do so.

COOPERATION 7/2 is another that can set the pace or track the leaders, stall 10 isn't ideal but time wise it should be capable of getting a decent early position.

HELLO ME 5/1 has only slow times on this surface both here and at Kempton it would need to improve on its best Tapeta time at Wolverhampton to win this race and might be worth laying if its a single figure price.

DUSKY LORD 11/2 hasn't any course and distance time/form to work with but did run on well over 5 furlongs so this trip might suit it well but it does have a slow time from Kempton so I'm not sure this surface suits it.

GREAT NEWS 10/1 is usually found staying on at the business end of a race over this distance and its best speed figure doesn't put it in my top 5 ratings and may prove better when raced over further.

RESTLESS ENDEAVOUR 11/1 hasn't any course and distance form to work with but its best speed figure on this surface was recorded at Lingfield and was fast enough to be my joint 4th top rated.

MUSCIKA 12/1 another with no course and distance form to work with but this one also recorded a time at Lingfield which would make it my other joint 4th top rated if taking to this course.

ARAIFJAN 13/2 is a versatile type with its racing tactics and comes out in 2nd top spot on my speed figures and drawn in stall 3 it should be able to get a good early position and might be worth an each way wager if of value to do so.

I AM A DREAMER 10/1 another known for its early pace but its best speed figure doesn't put it in my top 5 ratings and stall 7 might not be ideal with the make-up of this race.

DAPHNE WAY 25/1 hasn't any form over this distance on this surface and everything points to it wanting a longer distance to show its worth but I expect it will be an outsider in this race.

DURDLE DOOR 9/1 has a slow time from 2020 beside its name and its best time from Kempton wouldn't be enough to make it competitive but never say never with a 3yo.

SUMMARY: This race might be a mad rush with 5 of the 12 runners having been known to lead before although Papa Stour stall 5 and I Am A Dreamer in stall 7 are the more natural front running types in the race, I expect Araifjan and COOPERATIVE 7/2 to take the positions just behind those 2 pace setters and if my selection, the one who will be carrying my money, does get to the front it ought to prove hard to catch and has been found a very good opportunity to follow up its win last time out over this course and distance last month and being a 3yo it could still have some improvement to come and the jockey does well when riding for this stable.
