Just one known front running type in this race so Cupacoco could set the pace although I think it might need this run for fitness so a good blast from the front would be ideal to blow away the cobwebs, the betting will decide what I will look to lay but, Cupacoco, Blazing Hot 7/1, The Grooming 9/1 and Tittly's Rock are all candidates if they are single figure prices, my top rated on just 2021 times is GLORIOUS RIO 2/1 who likes to track the leaders and has good jockey stats making me think connections are expecting a big run and the bookies seem to agree, it could win but i do have QAARAAT 20/1 (EW) rated higher if I use this ones best time from 2019 while its best from 2020 would put it into 3rd top spot and it has only had one run this year over this course and distance and it is capable of winning if in the mood to put its best hoof forward so at the price might be worth a small each way investment.

This looks the weaker division but it does have more 3yo’s that could still improve, I think the early pace will be set by Attaboy Roy 4/1 who is a 3yo and could be dangerous if allowed an easy lead but its not an each way price, it is already my 3rd top rated overall and 2nd top rated on just 2021 times as it is the only known front running type in the race, Brandy Station 20/1 has a time from 2019 that would make it my 2nd top rated and its best from 2020 would keep it in the same position so could go well and if there's 3 places up for grabs it could be worth a small each way interest, Tanasoq 7/2 is 3rd top rated on just 2021 course distance times but only 2lbs below Attaboy Roy the likely leader, my top rated on just 2021 course and distance times is RAABEH 12/1 (EW) who has a time from 2020 that is quite a bit better and a repeat of that speed figure would see it winning a bit cosily and at the price I have to give it as an each way bet.
