Quite a tricky race mainly due to a lack of data to work with for several of the runners which usually means a more experienced horse is top-rated, I will look to lay (Jem Scuttle + Valentino Sunrise). I can only find one known frontrunner in the race so if allowed an easy lead PEACHEY CARNEHAN 12/1 (EW) could run a big race and worth a small each-way bet, it is my joint top rated on a 2018 time but its best from last year was 9lb lower but it could steal this race from the front hopefully an each-way chance but this stable has another entry in PUCHITA 18/1 (EW) my 3rd top-rated and the stables usual jockey has chosen to ride this one, so another each-way chance at the odds, I will also be backing *ONE ONE SEVEN 6/1 who ran well when finishing 2nd on its last run but the jockeys 1-16 record for this stable is a little off-putting, I cannot see any way other than to dutch all 3 horses and each way if their price permits.

KEMPTON 8.30
A field of 10 runners with no known frontrunners which always makes things hard to analyse to completion, I can find a couple to lay (Pedestal + Three Little Birds) Inexes may need further or a slower surface but the jockeys good stats for the stable means I'm not confident enough to lay it, I can also see a few that will run well, the bottom weight Di Metteo has only slow times at this c/d but its best time from Wolverhampton would make it top rated but I will stick with the proven on this surface, Inaam’s best time from Lingfield would put it in the mix but it's one run at this c/d was poor, Nezar will be staying on at the finish, my money will be riding on PRIVATE MATTER 7/1 who can be held up or track the leaders but my stakes will be kept low because of the lack of known early pace.
Puchita 18/1 3rd (+2.6)
Peachy Carnehan 16/1 6th (-2pts)
Lay bets: Jem Scuttle +1pt, Valentino Sunrise +1pt
Total: +2.6pts

I am not too keen on this race, there's only 8 runners and the bottom 3 are 3yo’s who could be better than they have already shown, BUY ME BACK 5/1 could go well as it won over this c/d this year but if JAMAHEERY 9/2 from the powerful R Hannon stable can reproduce its Yarmouth time it would be winning here while the best of the older horses look to be SHIMMERING DAWN 7/2, I do think the winner will come from these 3 and dutching them looks the answer to me.
