The whole meeting is for female jockeys so automatically my stakes are on a lower level, in this race I will look to lay (Balata Bay) as it might be the best way to profit from this race, Final Legacy does ok in class 6 races and I'm not sure it's up to this class if the pacemakers set a fast enough pace, Big Time Maybe could be the one from stall one put the pace to this race but the jockettes 0-9 record for this stable is off-putting, Global Melody is another with a weak jockey booking with a 0-4 record but either could go well but I will be having a small punt on GEORGE THOMAS 6/1 who usually likes to track the leaders and despite being a 7lb claimer in this race the jockey has a decent 25% win rate for this stable.
George Thomas 6/1 Unp
Lay bets: Balata Bay (+1pt)
Total 0pts
SOUTHWELL 4.30
Down to 5 runners in this race and very little known early pace in the race it could become a tactical affair, I hope that Split Down South who is versatile when it comes to racing tactics decides to set a good pace from the off, the only horse I will look to lay is (Dapper Man) while my interest for betting purposes is on Zylan and WASNTEXPECTINGTHAT 9/4 and the latter is weighted to finish in front again here and its another one with good trainer/jockey stats which I hope points to it getting back to winning ways.
Wasntexpectingthat 9/4 1st
Lay bets: Dapper Man (+1pt)
Total +3.25pts
Total on day +3.25pts
Sorry for posting this late - Eric sent it and I completely forget about it.
