ROCK BOY GREY hasn't any c/d form to its name and it would need to improve on its best Kempton time MOUNT WELLINGTON has only slow times over this c/d and on this surface so this surface doesn't look to suit it so a lay in my opinion. ROYAL DYNASTY could set the pace if nothing else wants to but it will be a slow pace if allowed to dictate and not for me in this race AGUEROOO is on a losing streak of 11 runs but the jockey does ok on this course for the trainer and comes out top on my figures AMOR KETHLEY has only 1 win from 11 attempts on AW tracks and may fall just short again in this race MONT KIARA has been known to lead before and is my 2nd top-rated and could prove hard to catch if getting to the front.
SUMMARY: I will definitely look to lay (Mount Wellington) and I think this race could concern just 2 runners so I could maybe lay the other 3 as well, I think/hope that Mont Kiara sets a decent pace to the race and then only AGUEROOO 9/2 has a higher speed figure so this one will carry my money in this race.

ROYAL BIRTH is versatile when it comes to racing tactics and that includes leading and is one of 2 in this race that has the same trainer and owner, (which ones the trier or are they both going to be trying) WATCHABLE has been known to lead before but timewise it would need to improve a few spots to win the race but could be dangerous if allowed an easy lead STREET PARADE is the other horse from the same trainer and owner, it hasn't any form on this surface and will be a danger if taking to this surface ACCLAIM THE NATION is another possible pacesetter and can produce fast times but usually in slightly lower class races CANFORD BAY is another versatile type concerning racing tactics but this is a big step up from the usual class 4 races it runs in.
SUMMARY: The bottom two in the handicap, Acclaim The Nation and Canford Bay may get outclassed in this race if there's a fast early pace, Watchable would need to improve on its times on this surface, that leaves stablematesStreet Parade and Royal Birth, the former is being ridden by the champion elect jockey Ben Curtis which does look a positive move but his record of 1-16 on AW races for this stable doesn't inspire me but ROYAL BIRTH 3/1 is a possible pacesetter and its got the plum draw in stall one and the jockey, Jason Hart has an overall win ratio of 18% for this stable but on the AW tracks his record is 3-7 so I am hoping this horse can lead from start to finish and will be carrying some of my dosh.
