3:15 Lingfield Racing Tips (16th November)

LINGFIELD 3.15

What a cracking looking Listed race, ive found 5 with negatives against their names enough to discard them from my thoughts as possible winners, the Irish horse Beckford could be dangerous if taking to this surface on its 1st run on an artificial surface there are several others that could be in the mix come the business end of the race, Above The Rest seems so far better on a straight course like Newcastle, Corinthia Knight likes to track the pace and could be competitive if reproducing its old form, Royal Birth has a mediocre time over this c/d but has a fast time from Chelmsford, Soldiers Minute comes into the picture on its best Kempton time, the bottom weight Show Stealer is well weighted on its best form, my money will be riding on GIFTED MASTER 7/2 who is the only known frontrunner in the race, usually stall 8 wouldnt be ideal but with no other frontrunners it might be ok in the make-up of this race and it hinted at a return to winning ways when finishing 2nd last time out and has good trainer/jockey stats.

Gifted Master 7/2 8th

WOLVERHAMPTON 7.45

This 5 furlong dash looks quite good for a class 5 race and its a competitive affair and plenty that like to be at the fore from the off and I can only find one horse that I think has very little chance, never say never, and I do think it will be one of the outsiders in the race, Longroom seems to prefer Newcastle to here, Tan and Red Stripes are stablemates but the jockey bookings look negatives to me while they are capable, if in the mood, and if they are primed for this race, Shepherds Purse will be trying to stay on at the finish and is another that could make the frame but I will be backing CORONATION COTTAGE 12/1 in this race, it is one I expect to be at the front of the race from the off and can hopefully stay there till the finish and the price allows me to go with an each-way wager.

Coronation Cottage 16/1 3rd
