1:50 Sandown Racing Tips (31st August)

SANDOWN 1.50 (7.7)

There's only 2 known front runners in this field of 13 runners and it looks a good class 3 affair, the one I think might set the pace is Justanotherbottle who comes out 2nd best if using its best time from Nottingham last year but hasn't shown much so far this year, Only Spoofing and Jumira Bridge are my 3rd and 4th top-rated so could go well but the one that's going to be lumbered with my money is DASCHAS 10/1 who likes to track the leaders, so not badly drawn in stall 8 with the early pace in stalls 10 and 11, and then stay on the stronger at the finish and the trainer isn't averse to having winners here with a healthy 17% win rate with his older horses.

Dachas 10/1 6th

BEVERLEY 3.15 (7.0)

I'm doubting the going will be ok here so just a few notes about the 2 sprints, this looks a nice Listed dash with 4 of the 10 runners being known to lead, Judicial could lead and is my 3rd top-rated on its best 2018 time, the one that might prosper if they go off too fast is Queens Gift being my 2nd top-rated and its a hold up type but I'm hoping TIS MARVELLOUS 3/1 who won last time out can get to the lead here and then prove very hard to catch.

Tis Marvelous 3/1 5th

BEVERLEY 3..50  (7.0)

A big field of 15 with 4 runners that have been known to lead before, Shepherds Purse likes to track the leaders and then run on at the finish and it is my 3rd top-rated but a few spots behind the top 2 ratings, Archimedes won last time out on Sunday when it led all the way at 6/1 I tipped it that day and it has been found a reasonable chance of following up here but I'm not sure it will be able to lead all the way here and I do have one rated higher and that's BASHIBA 9/1 who is capable of leading but doesn't have to lead to win and its best time from 2018 at Ascot or its best from Haydock this year would see in back in the winners enclosure.

Bashiba 25/1 Unp
